Echo Wu
Is the owner and creator of Karst, the first guiding company in Yangshuo. She is an experienced climber, and qualified as a guide by the China Mountaineering Council. She has been one of the most important people in the development of Yangshuo rock climbing and outdoor sports. She speaks Chinese and English fluently and knows how to throw a good party!

Eben Farnworth
Eben is the manager of Karst Climber. He has a background of teaching outdoor sport for the past 8 years all over the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong. He is an experienced and qualified UK climbing instructor. He also has experience in teaching and guiding kayaking, canoeing, trekking, camping, basic mountaineering skills, team building and survivals skill.

Adong
Adong is an enthusiastic climber who really likes climbing, not just as a job but as a way of life. He has helped with creating and bolting many new routes both here in Yangshuo and many other parts of South China. He can also climb traditional style and has done some mountaineering as well. He currently red-points French 8a and is a excellent guide and coach.

Erin
Erin is an experienced and keen climber. She has a classroom teaching background which she can use at the crag to great effect. She also speaks Chinese and English very well.
